Ana Carolina
09/09/1974
Born in Juiz de Fora (Minas Gerais), singer, songwriter, arranger, guitarist and percussionist Ana Carolina started out singing in nightclubs in her city and had her first concerts produced by singer/actress Zezé Motta. Her deep voice attracted Luciana Moraes (Vinicius de Moraes' daughter) attention, and she decided to bet on Ana. Therefore, she released her debut album, "Ana Carolina", in 1999. The highlights were the songs "Garganta" (Totonho Villeroy), "Retrato em Branco e Preto" (Tom Jobim and Chico Buarque) and "Alguém Me Disse" (Evaldo Gouvêia and Jair Amorim).
