Arlindo Cruz e Sombrinha
Songwriters and members of the group Fundo de Quintal (Arlindo Domingos da Cruz Filho, born 9/14/1958 and Montgomerry Ferreira Nunis, born 8/30/1959), signing for many of the group’s hits, such as "Só pra Contrariar" (with Almir Guineto), "O Show Tem que Continuar" (with Luís da Vila) and "Oitava Cor". They also pursue solo careers, but assembled the duo in 1996 to release "Da Música", followed by "O Samba É a Nossa Cara", from 1997. Other hits: "Não Fique a Se Torturar", "Pelô Céu, Pelô Chão, Pelourinho", "Ponto sem Nó", "Pintou uma Lua Lá", "Filho do Quitandeiro", "Silêncio no Olhar" and "Quem Sabe de Mim Sou Eu".
