Inocentes
Pioneering Brazilian punk band, lined-up in 1981 by members of the bands Restos de Nada and Condutores de Cadáveres. In the next year, they participated in the very first punk album released in Brazil, the compilation "Grito Suburbano". In 1985, Inocentes (Clemente, vocals, bass and guitar; Ronaldo and Calegari, guitars; André, Paulo Barnabé and Nonô, bass; Marcelinho, Tonhão and Anselmo, drums) became the first Brazilian punks to make an album on a major label: the mini-LP "Pânico em SP". After two other albums, they returned to the indie market, recording on small labels until the 90s. In 2000, they released "O Barulho dos Inocentes", covering Brazilian punk standards. Leader and vocalist Clemente Tadeu Nascimento was the only member that lasted through all of the line-ups.
