ACERTEI NO MILÊNIO
Ângela Rô Rô (2000)
Crítica
Cotação:
Twelve years after her last studio CD and seven after her last live album, singer/songwriter Ângela Rô Rô is back in the market. Renewed, with her husky, hot and unmistakable voice, she's outsmarted her own laziness and personal hell, writing an autobiography, once again, through her music. Now, though, she's more eclectic than ever. The helpless romantic has made the funk Viciei em Você, the beatlesque Sim, Dói and five sambas (Ângela is a renowned blues singer): Acertei no Milênio, Boemia do Sono, Gata Mata Hari, Coquinho and Fila de Ex-Mulher. She also reviews standards, such as All of Me and Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood. The inventive arrangements were written by Ricardo Mac Cord. Definitely a welcome comeback.
