SÁ & GUARABYRA - 2 LPS EM 1 CD
Sá e Guarabyra (2001)
Crítica
Cotação:
The country rock duo have always been into melody, and when things got difficult in the 70s, they wrote the jingle for an American brand of soda and kept moving. Therefore, the two albums compiled in this CD - O Paraíso Agora (1984) and Harmonia (1985) - are filled with (potential) hits. Combining the influence of Luiz Gonzaga, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and others, they present Cheiro Mineiro de Flor, Capitão Meia Noite, Roque Santeiro, Dona and Me Faça um Favor, the latter having been the duo's first composition, written in 1968. The excessive keyboards typical of the 80s disturb the pace in the album Harmonia.
